TERMS OF SERVICE — PLANETPIECES PLATFORM
§1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the PlanetPieces platform, available at [https://planetpieces.com] ("Platform"), operated by the creators of the PlanetPieces project ("Owner").The Platform allows users to purchase digital certificates representing exclusive rights to a virtual segment of Earth's map (a “Puzzle Piece”) in a collectible-style project.Access to the Platform is granted only via logging in with a Google account.The creators of PlanetPieces have made every effort to build a unique, engaging, and future-oriented digital world project where every user can own a piece of the Earth. We are committed to developing this vision for the long term.
§2. Conditions of Use
By registering or logging into the Platform, the user: a. confirms they are of legal age (18+), b. agrees to these Terms, c. declares full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.All purchases on the Platform concern intangible digital goods — unique puzzle pieces tied to specific locations on the PlanetPieces world map.Each puzzle purchased is permanently linked to the user's account and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or resold within the Platform.
§3. Nature of the Digital Goods
Purchasing a puzzle piece grants the user exclusive rights to its digital representation and a certificate confirming that ownership.Each puzzle piece is unique and is assigned to a single user only.Owning a puzzle piece does not imply ownership of any physical land, territory, or real-world geographic area.
§4. Responsibility & Development Commitment
As the creators of PlanetPieces, we commit to doing everything in our power to ensure the project grows and evolves. We are actively developing new features that will increase the value and meaning of each puzzle piece and will continue to promote the platform with full energy and dedication.Our goal is to make each puzzle piece carry unique emotional and social value. We are fully committed to building a vibrant and meaningful community around PlanetPieces.At the same time, the user acknowledges and agrees that: a. all purchases are made voluntarily and at the user’s own risk, b. the digital certificate is a non-refundable, personalized digital good, c. in the event that the project is discontinued or shut down, the Owners are not financially liable for any purchases made on the Platform.Should the Platform cease operation: a. users are not entitled to any financial reimbursement, b. previously purchased puzzle pieces will remain as digital assets with no guarantee of future availability, functionality, or access.
§5. Refunds and Complaints
Due to the nature of the service — digital goods with personalized attributes — users waive their right to withdraw from the purchase once completed.The Platform does not offer refunds or exchanges for puzzle pieces.Complaints related to the operation of the Platform should be submitted via email to the contact address of the Owner.
§6. Amendments to the Terms
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes via email or notification on the Platform.Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
§7. Final Provisionsb
These Terms are effective as of the date of their publication on the Platform’s website.In matters not regulated by these Terms, relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
